Today, I want to share something meaningful with you‼️ This will gonna be changing your life for good.
A few days ago, I checked my daily screen time and was shocked to see it had crossed 6 hours a day. That moment served as a wake-up call. I immediately decided to take action, I deleted all social media apps like facebook, Instagram, including YouTube, and kept only WhatsApp for essential communication. And also muted notification of general groups in WhatsApp.
Since then, my screen time has dropped to under 2.5 hours a day. But more importantly, the transformation I’ve experienced has been profound. I find myself more present with my family, enjoying their company in a way I hadn’t in a long time. There’s a calmness, a peace of mind, that has returned and it’s not just something I feel internally. My family has noticed it too and shared the same with me.
I am also getting time to call my near and dear ones. I am also able to go to playground with my friends. And also going to the market to purchase the essentials and connect with the people in the world outside there. Specially I am able to spend quality time with my children too at home.
I humbly urge all my fellow people and professionals - please monitor your screen time regularly. Take a moment to introspect deeply.
