A few days ago, I checked my daily screen time and was shocked to see it had crossed 6 hours a day. That moment served as a wake-up call. I immediately decided to take action, I deleted all social media apps like facebook, Instagram, including YouTube, and kept only WhatsApp for essential communication. And also muted notification of general groups in WhatsApp. Since then, my screen time has dropped to under 2.5 hours a day.
